Returns Policy

At Netfind.com.au we realise that things don't always go as expected, and sometimes goods may have to be returned - a product may be defective, you have received the wrong item, or maybe you have changed your mind.

Incorrectly Sent Items

If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, you may choose between a replacement, store credit or refund.  Please note the incorrectly sent item will need to be returned in original condition before the return is finalized.  Items that are returned for refund must be in original packaging and must not have been opened, fitted or tampered with.

Defective Items

All items come with a 30 day guarantee against manufacturing defects.

STEP 1. Please contact us as soon as the problem arises via email sales@netfind.com.austating your order number, the item(s) you are returning and details of the problem.

STEP 2. Our Customer Service Team will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA#). Please write the RMA# prominently on the item. Please do not write the number on the item packaging itself. The RMA# is valid for 14 days so please return the item immediately.  

STEP 3.
Following instructions in Step 2, please return the package to Netfind.com.au. STEP 4. Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets our defective items criteria, we will provide you with a credit to your account, a replacement product or a full refund to your original method of payment. This will be done within 7 business days of receiving the item and we will advise you of the outcome.

Change of Mind

Getting the correct item first time is important to us, so if you are unsure please phone or email to get a parts interpreter to check for you.  This could save you time & money. As the freight is non refundable,so you pay to get the item and return it and then pay freight again to get the correct item sent.

'Change of mind' Returns

All items come with a 7 day guarantee against 'change of mind' returns.

Change of Mind Items

If you change your mind about the product you purchased from NetFind.com.au, you are welcome to return the product to us. For a credit to be issued, the item must be returned to us in its original condition - undamaged and unopened, including the outer packaging.

Once the item is returned in its original condition, assessed and we accept the return, we will provide you with a credit on your NetFind.com.au account for the product amount only (excludes delivery). If we do not accept the return because one of the above conditions has not been met, we will be required to return the item(s) to you at your own expense.

How to request a Change of Mind return

STEP 1. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery of the item via email customerservice@netfind.com.au stating your order number, the item(s) you are returning and details of the problem.

STEP 2. Our Customer Service Team will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA#). Please write the RMA# prominently on the outer packaging. Please do not write the number on the item packaging itself. The RMA# is valid for 14 days so please return the item immediately.  

STEP 3. Following instructions in Step 2, please return the package to Net.Find.com.au.

STEP 4. Once the item has been received and assessed, and provided the returned item meets our change-of-mind criteria, we will provide a credit on your NetFind.com.au account for the product amount (excludes delivery).

Once the credit is in your account, you may place another order at your leisure.Please allow 14 days for the return to be processed. You are responsible for all costs to facilitate the return of the item to us.  

Original freight charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. NetFind.com.au does not accept any liability for returned items until they have been received by us. For high value items, we recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method.

Please ensure the item is packaged securely and appropriately for postage.
