TYPE: 38mm Rear Pivot Kit - Shoe Type 

APPLICATION: Pivot Kit for Tipper Body and Trays and is used for the replacement of worn bushes and pivot bar on all types of tipping bodies and some trays.

Note:  The "Shoe Type" Bush is designed for mounting to the horizontal surface of the chassis rail and or subframe, all you need to supply is your connection hardware.

 

The Kit is made up of the following components:

Ref 1: 2 x Pivot Shoe Bush 1.5" (38mm) I/D x 4" (102mm) long complete with greased nipples

Ref 2: 4 x Small Bush 1.5” I/D (38mm) x 2” (51mm) long

Ref 3: 2 x Collets 1.06” I/D (27mm) x ½” (12.5mm)

Ref 4: 4 x Support Plates 150mm wide x 180mm height x 10mm thick, omplete with scallop to suit connection to bush.

Ref 5: 1 x Solid Bar 1.5” (38mm) x 39” (1000mm) long
